Harissa, a Traditional Armenian Dish

Armenians love eating delicious food, and throughout the centuries Armenians made dishes which are too tasty and their recipes are passed down from generation to generation. During the time, the recipes underwent some changes, but the main ingredients and cooking directions were preserved.

Harissa is one of the traditional Armenian dishes which has been passed on since ancient times. It is a kind of porridge, which is made of boned and stewed chicken and cracked or coarsely ground wheat. Traditionally it was made with lamb, but nowadays the majority makes it with chicken.

Talking about Daily Routines

-Hi,Katrin! I’m so glad you come over!

-Hi, Marine! How are you?

-I’m fine, thanks. And you?

-I’m great!

-I m so glad you moved here.

So tell me about yourself.What’s your typical day like?

-Uhh well, usually all my days are busy, with lots of activities.

I get up at 7:00, because my scool only starts at 9.

I go to the bethroom, I wash my face and brush my teeth.

I have brekfast with my mom at around 8:16.We usually have boiled eggs, milk, with toast, butter.

We all have home at 8:40.

At 6 pm i go to a dence club where i take dance classes.I m crazy about dance.

At abaout 7 pm i finally get home.

I turn off the lights at 10:25.
